How many activity sheets do I get per download?
Each activity sheet comes with 5 sheets, and if applies, an answer sheet in PDF format.
What is a .PDF?
A PDF file (Portable Document Format) is a type of file associated with Adobe Reader. To view and print these files you will need to have Adobe Reader installed on your computer. You may download it here for free: http://get.adobe.com/reader.
How many downloads do I get per day?
You can download 10 clipart images and 1 activity sheet package per day.
How many downloads do I have left? When I run out of downloads, when can I download more?
You can view how many downloads and how many day's are left in your subscription in the left column of the Teacher's Center page. You can also view these in your account management page. Note: you must be logged onto your account.
Will I automatically be billed when my subscription is over?
No, you will need to purchase another subscription plan to renew your subscription. Purchasing another subscription plan if you already have one will add on to your current plan.
What deducts from my "Clipart Downloads" and my "Activity Package Downloads"?
Anything under the "Clip Art" menu will deduct 1 download from your "Clip Art Downloads" per day. Everything else will deduct 1 from your "Activity package downloads". The number of your available downloads will be reset every 24 hours. The maximum number of downloads you can have at a time are 10 Clip Art, and 1 Activity package.
What format are the Clip Art images?
For now, all Clip Art images are jpeg/jpg.
I misplaced or accidently deleted one of my Clip Art images and/or Activity Packages, how do I get it back?
Anything you download will deducted from your available downloads regardless if you've already downloaded it before. If you delete anything you have previously downloaded from the Teacher's Center, you will need to download it again and it will deduct 1 from your downloads. If you do not have any downloads left, you will need to wait 24 hours for your available downloads to reset.
